Shipping policy

Thank you for your order. After you submit your order online, it can take 1 to 2 business days to process your order for shipping. All of our shipments are sent via USPS, FedEx, or UPS and take an additional 2 to 4 days to arrive after your order is shipped. There is a chance of possible delays with the shipping carriers this holiday season which is out of our control. We freeze our products before shipping however your pretzels will arrive thawed. They are ready to heat-and-eat immediately or can be stored in your freezer to enjoy later.

You will receive an email with tracking information at the time of shipment. Please note that we currently ship our pretzels in the United States.

Please note that orders paid for with Paypal will not be shipped or processed until payment notification is received by Paypal.
