Refund policy

Eastern Standard Provisions is committed to providing the best artisanal snacks on the planet. If for any reason, you are not satisfied with your products, we encourage you to contact us at (857) 347-4438 between 9 AM and 5 PM EST or via email at hello@esprovisions.com. 

Our products are perishable and cannot be returned or exchanged. 

We do our best to ship our products to minimize breakage in transit. Occasionally, our products can experience some breakage during shipping. If your products arrived damaged or contaminated in any way, please contact us directly and we will do our best to resolve the issue. Please DO NOT return any food product.

Refunds are only valid for defective or damaged products or any pretzel order that takes longer than 7 days in transport. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or the original method of payment, within ten (10) days.
